information we use
We use your email, first name, account identifier, member number, optional birthday day and month, preferences, stamps, rewards, plays, mission completion, wallet transactions and staff redemption records. Sign-in services provide account identifiers and may provide your name and email. Device permissions and push registration tokens are used only when you enable notifications.
why we use it
We use account and loyalty information to provide the service, prevent duplicate rewards and misuse, maintain transaction records, and respond to requests. Offers are sent only when you opt in. Device permissions can be changed in your device settings.
where it goes
Account and rewards information is stored in Lovable Cloud. Apple or Google receives information needed for sign-in and any wallet card you choose to save. Push delivery uses Apple or Google infrastructure when configured. Food payment information goes to the payment provider, not to this app as full card details. The website loyalty and ordering connection is not currently enabled in this app.
your choices
You can change preferences, download your account data or request account deletion from Profile. Deletion removes your app account and linked loyalty records. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained where required by law. External payment providers and saved wallet cards have their own retention rules. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
