the service
The app is operated by Sushi City, Leicester, and is free to use. It provides a member card, rewards, promotions and a city wallet. Ordering is not currently connected. Wallet top-ups are paid securely through SumUp. No digital products are sold.
your account
Keep your sign-in codes private and provide accurate details. Do not use another person's rewards or attempt to bypass limits. We may restrict access for misuse and will act reasonably.
food orders and payments
When ordering is enabled, food is a physical product. Prices, availability, collection times and payment details will be shown before you pay. A payment provider processes card payments. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
availability
We may update the app and its offers. Temporary outages can happen. Please contact Sushi City if a reward or transaction looks wrong.
contact and law
Contact us through instagram.com/sushicity.co. English law applies, without removing any mandatory protections that apply where you live. The legal operator name will be confirmed before launch.
