stamps and rewards
A card holds 10 stamps and resets after stamp 10. Rewards unlock at 1 stamp (free dip + free drink), 4 (free maki roll), 7 (free half roll, 4 pieces) and 10 (free full roll, 8 pieces). Standard rewards expire 90 days after issue. Eligible counter purchases require at least £10; website eligibility and promotions may apply when the shared loyalty service is enabled.
play & win
Every available play wins. You do not stake money on a spin. No separate purchase is necessary beyond a normal eligible order or counter purchase that earns a play. Bonus mission and prize stamps do not earn more plays. Plays expire after 30 days. Prize odds and availability may change, including daily limits. Prizes have no cash value. Voucher prizes expire after 14 days. This is a loyalty promotion, not a cash gambling service.
city wallet
The current limits are £5 minimum per top-up, £100 maximum per top-up and £200 maximum balance. The current bonus is 10% for regular members and 15% for legends, calculated on each individual top-up. Top-ups are paid through SumUp and credited only once SumUp confirms payment; failed or cancelled payments add nothing. Credit is for app food orders only, not counter payments. Credit and bonuses have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires. Any future changes will be shown before a top-up.
tiers and treats
City legend currently requires 10 lifetime stamps and 2 stamps each calendar month to keep the tier. The birthday treat is one free 8 piece Premium Picks roll (philly salmon, salmon, soft shell crab or mixed premium), once per calendar year and single use per member, whether used in the app, on the website with the BIRTHDAY code or at the counter. An order using the birthday treat is a promotion and earns no stamp. The treat expires after 30 days and the birthday must have been saved at least 30 days before it counts. Missions award stamps once per member.
misuse
Duplicate receipts, false claims, sharing redeemable codes, automated abuse or attempts to alter balances may lead to withheld or reversed rewards and account restrictions. Contact us if you believe a correction is wrong. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
